Return Policy

1. If your product have manufacturing defect or have been damaged or you've received an incorrect/incomplete product at the time of delivery. Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product from delivery man.

2. Please note that products are not eligible for a return if the product is “No longer needed".

3. You ordered the wrong product.

4. Product was on sale and you have paid a discounted price.

5. Products which are sold as combos or in sets are not eligible for return/replacement as individual items.

6. Products must be unused and in their original packaging and condition.

7. Seal opened branded electronic items cannot  be returned in case of not being happy with the products as they can't be resold. Except of the product is damaged or dead on arrival.

8. You need to check all electronic products when you receive the product from delivery man.

9. A working product that have compatibility issue with your device only cannot be returned. It is customers responsibility to ensure compatibility before placing order.

10. Wired earphones having issue of broken jacks or one ear not working won't be catered. As this issue is considered to occur from user misuse. If the issue exist from the unboxing moment, please notify within 24 hours.

11. Customer must arrange and pay for return delivery.

12. Returned product must reach us within 48 hours (inside Dhaka) and 72 hours (outside Dhaka) after we approve the return.

13. Approval of return is required before sending an item to us by providing satisfactory proof of product damage or  manufacturing defect.

RETURN/REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE MAY NOT APPLY IN ANY OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

• Damages due to misuse of product
• Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product
• Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers or scratched security stickers.
• Any damage/defect which is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty

N.B: Replacement of the product is subject to availability of the same on Ahoron.com.

Refund Policy

  1. If your product is eligible for a refund it will be processed within 15 days of receiving the product.
  2. All refunds will be paid out via bKash.
  3. Any shipping fee paid will not be refunded.
  4. All refund process start after the products has gone through quality control (1-2 working days).
